My name is Fergus MacClure and I am the founder of Ignite Physiques. I have a lifelong passion for health, aesthetics and well-being and empowering others to achieve what they want as they enjoy the process. I have studied and trained in the fitness industry and on top of that, done extensive research about what really works when it comes to fat loss and muscle gain. I have used my body as a guinea pig. So I have taken the latest research and applied it to my own body and recorded all my results as I have gone. So I now have the first hand experience as well as the latest cutting edge science to back up these programmes and nutrition plans.
